Contact form is one of the most essential part of any blog.Contact form plays a major role for interaction between you and your visitors.After reading your posts,if your visitors want to contact you they can directly contact you from contact form.Blogger also provides an contact form by default but we can add this only at sidebar or any other part of our blog except at static page.If you want to create an contact form in static page,there are many online services that provides a free contact form.Some of the are 123contactform,Google Drive etc.In this I am going to explain how to create a contact form using Google Drive.Follow these simple steps.
2.Left side of your page you will find a create button.
3.Now select create and then form.
4.Now select your desired theme from the given themes.
5.Now replace untitled question with Name and select Required question option and the done.
6.You can also add various options by clicking Add item.
7.Now select Send form at the top right corner after adding your required options.
8.Click on Embed button and copy the entire code somewhere.
9.You have successfully created your contact form.
Now you have enable notifications so that you receive an notification when somebody submit the form to you.
Follow these simple steps

3.In view responses button click on tools and select notification rules.
4.You will get popup window as shown below.

1.A user submits a form
2.Email-right away
